General Use
Laazi is a platform that connects individuals seeking employment and employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment. You may use this site only within Laazi’s stated context of acceptable use. Interpretation of acceptable use shall be in the sole discretion of Laazi.
Jobseekers: Laazi authorizes you to access and use the site for the purpose of seeking employment opportunities for yourself. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content that you post on Laazi and any consequences arising from such posting. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and shall be responsible for all uses of Laazi accessed through your username and password.
Employers: Laazi authorizes you to access and use the site for the purpose of seeking candidates for employment for your internal business requirements. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content that you post on Laazi and any consequences arising from such posting. The Laazi Resume Database is a private database that is licensed to you for your internal use. You will be given a username and password to post jobs and to access the resume database. The username and password are issued uniquely to you and should not be shared with anyone not directly working for your company. If you are found to share passwords with anyone not directly working for your company, Laazi has the right to cancel your account and pursue any legal remedy based on the sole discretion of Laazi.
User Content
All documents posted by users, jobseekers and employers, are the responsibility of the individuals posting the content. Laazi assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or legitimacy of any content posted by users. Laazi is under no obligation to monitor the content posted by users. However, Laazi may investigate inappropriate content when notified by a user and in its sole discretion, remove or request the removal of user content that it deems inappropriate.
Prohibited Uses
- Users may not post any content that contains
- URLs or links to competing websites or inappropriate websites
- copyrighted material, unless you own the copyright or have the owner’s permission to post such material
- anything that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful
- false, inaccurate or misleading information
- advertisements or solicitations of business
- opinions or notices
- anything that violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates
- Users may not use, attempt to use or authorize the use of any software or tools (including but not limited to spiders, engines or intelligent agents) to navigate, search, download or obtain the content of Laazi through any means other than those provided directly on the site.
- Users may not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of this website.
- Users may not aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Laazi content or information.
- Users may not resell or reassign access rights to any other party.
Disclaimer
All services offered by Laazi are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Laazi makes no warranties, express or implied, about the usability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to its services. Laazi does not warrant the capability, talent, experience or credibility of jobs posted or jobseekers registered on Laazi. Laazi is in no way responsible for any employment related decision made by any user.
Laazi does not guarantee that posting a CV or a company’s vacancy will result in a candidate being hired or a vacancy being filled.
Laazi does not warrant that the site will function error-free or that the site and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the site results directly or indirectly in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Laazi is not responsible for those costs.
Laazi assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or legitimacy of any content posted by users. The Laazi website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Liability
(i) You assume all responsibility for your use of this site and the content posted by you.
(ii) In no event shall Laazi be liable for any non-direct damages (including, but not limited to incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages or lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data of any kind) resulting from or arising under or in connection with the use or access to, or the inability to use or access, the site and/or any document, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Laazi is advised of the possibility of such damages.
(iii) In no event shall Laazi be liable for direct damages in excess of the amount paid by you to Laazi as part of the Service Agreement.

Laazi contains links to several third party websites. These links are provided only as a source of additional information that you may seek. These links are not to be treated as an endorsement of such third party websites by Laazi. Laazi assumes no responsibility for the content on such third party websites.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify Laazi and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (a) any content or other material you provide to Laazi, (b) your use of any Laazi content, or (c) your breach of the terms of this Agreement. Laazi shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
These Terms of Use include the Privacy Policy of Laazi which is incorporated into this agreement by this reference.
Security Rules
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site, including, without limitation: (i) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Web Site, overloading, “flooding”, spamming, “mail-bombing” or crashing; (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
Term and Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you are a user of Laazi. Upon any breach of these terms by you, Laazi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your account.
Amendments
Laazi may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this page. Such changes will be binding on you from the date they are posted on Laazi. If at any time you find the terms unacceptable, you may not use the site or its services.
